| We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from PAP Auto & Hardware. If you are not satisfied with the performance of an item that you have purchased you may return the item within 30 days for an in-store credit, minus shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice, in good condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 30 days all warranties will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product and for all such warranty's after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. PAP does not compensate for any incidental costs associated with the use or installation of the items we sell. |
WE WILL refund or exchange any item purchased from us within 10 days of the date of purchase for the full purchase price, minus shipping, handling, or other charges, providing the item is accompanied by the original sales receipt and: 1) is returned in unused, like-new condition; 2) the refund/exchange transaction will be processed using the same method of payment (i.e. same credit card, house account, etc) as was used for the original purchase; 3) any purchase made by a check will be refunded as a Store Credit; 4) any purchase made by Store Credit or Gift Certificate will be refunded as Store Credit; 5) a 15% restocking fee will apply to any special ordered merchandise returned.
WE WILL NOT refund or exchange any item that: 1) Is not accompanied by an original sales receipt; 2) is returned in used or non-saleable condition, has been installed or has had its hermetical seal tampered with; 4) is returned after 10 days and up to 30 days, or is a special order item, without first assessing a 15% restocking fee; 5) was purchased more than 30 days from the original date of purchase. |
